Yashar has accumulated over a decade of M&A advisory and capital raising experience for mid-market businesses in Canada and the United States. His M&A advisory experience includes advising clients both on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions along with debt and equity raises in a range of industries. Yashar also founded and sold his own private business, allowing him to develop a unique perspective and connection with business owners going through a divestiture process.

Yashar is a CFA Charterholder and holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, where he was an Academic All-Canadian varsity hockey player.
